◇◆ All-you-can-drink menu ◆◇
This course includes our signature Fukushima Aizu horse sashimi assortment (3 types) and Kagoshima-produced Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu, which is not on our regular menu.Our horse sashimi is delivered fresh every morning from farmers in Fukushima Prefecture in the Tohoku region, without being frozen.The traditional way to eat it in Aizu is to dissolve the special spicy garlic miso paste in soy sauce.The all-you-can-drink option includes famous shochu from Kagoshima, as well as sweet potato shochu that isn't widely available in the Kanto region.
