This course allows you to enjoy our restaurant's specialty, Fukushima Aizu horse sashimi (thigh cut) and motsunabe (offal hot pot).Our restaurant's pride and joy, horse sashimi, is delivered fresh every morning from farmers in Fukushima Prefecture in the Tohoku region without being frozen.The traditional way to eat it in Aizu is to dissolve the special spicy garlic miso paste in soy sauce.You can upgrade to a three-kind horse sashimi platter for an additional 550 yen.
