This course includes our pride and joy, Fukushima Aizu horse sashimi thigh and motsunabe.Our restaurant's pride and joy, horse sashimi, is delivered fresh every morning from farmers in Fukushima Prefecture in the Tohoku region without being frozen.The traditional Aizu way to eat it is to dissolve the special mustard garlic miso in soy sauce.You can upgrade to a three-kind horse sashimi platter for an additional 550 yen.
