This course includes our pride and joy, an assortment of two types of Fukushima Aizu horse sashimi.Our horse sashimi is fresh, as it is sent to us every morning by farmers from Fukushima in the Tohoku region without being frozen.The traditional Aizu way to eat it is to dissolve the special mustard garlic miso in soy sauce.
