This course includes our proud assortment of two types of Fukushima Aizu horse sashimi.The horse sashimi served at our restaurant is fresh, as it is sent to us every morning by farmers from Fukushima in the Tohoku region, without being frozen.The traditional way to eat it in Aizu is to dissolve the special mustard garlic miso in soy sauce.
